Immediately after Shabbos Chai Elul, the birthday of the Baal Shem Tov and the Alter Rebbe, I send wishes that you succeed in immediately realizing your mission in your proper place—the new Chabad village—so that it will be fulfilled in you 'mazash ve'katzash' (able and willing), and that you will reveal the hidden treasures in this desirable land of those participating in the gathering, as stated by the Baal Shem Tov.*
