נעם לי לקבל מכתבה מט"ו באלול, בו כותבת ע"ד מלאכתה בקדש בבית ספר אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש.
ובעת רצון יזכירוה על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, אשר על שמו נקראים בתי ספר אלו.
ולכתבה אודות ההצעה, שהמורים-ות שי' ישארו בביה"ס שלהם בכדי לנהל התלמידים-ות שי' לתשליך, וכן לעומת זה ישנה הסברא דלהיות בבית ובסביבה שהורגלו בה.
הנה כיון שבראש השנה - ענינו קבלת עול, יש לקבל הצעה האמורה עכ"פ אלו המורים-ות שאין להם טעם מיוחד לשלילה, לבד הנ"ל, שבודאי ינצלו הימים להחדיר הענין דקבלת עול גם בהמושפעים שלהם ובהסביבה, והרי זה צנור וכלי לקבלת הכתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה בגשמיות וברוחניות. ותמורת הנ"ל אפשר שיהיו בביתם ביום הקדוש ועכ"פ חלק מימי חג שמחתינו או גם כולו, וכפי שיתדברו עם המנהל, ואם יש מקום ואפשר לעשות בזה תור דהמורים-ות בכל הנ"ל.

I was pleased to receive your letter from the 15th of Elul, in which you write about your holy work at the Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch school. At an auspicious time, you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, after whom these schools are named.
Regarding your letter about the suggestion that the teachers should remain at their school in order to lead their students to Tashlich—and conversely, the reasoning that they should be at home and in their familiar environment—since Rosh Hashanah is about accepting the yoke of Heaven, one should accept this proposal, at least for those teachers who have no particular reason to object. Besides what was mentioned above, surely these days will be used to instill the concept of accepting the yoke of Heaven in their students and environment. This serves as a channel and vessel for receiving a good inscription and sealing for a good year both materially and spiritually.
In exchange for this, it is possible that they will be home on Yom Kippur or at least part of the days of our festival of joy (Sukkot), or even all of it, as will be arranged with the principal. If possible, a rotation among teachers can be arranged regarding all of the above.

P.S. Regarding your question at the beginning of your letter: It is understood and obvious that your opinion is correct—to seek a match with someone with whom you will build a Chassidic home together: learning Chassidus and conducting yourselves according to its guidance and customs. The great importance of this is well known from many talks and discourses of our Rebbeim zatzal. It is clear that this is especially relevant to establishing a foundation and building an everlasting Jewish home.
