נעם לי לקבל מכתבה בבשורה הטובה אודות התחלת הבני', ויהי רצון שתהי' התחלה טובה - לבשר טוב בכל עניני בית הספר, אשר השגחה העליונה זיכתה לנהל אותו, ובאופן דמוסיף והולך מוסיף אור.
תקותי אף שאינה מזכירה עד"ז שדברו עם הילדים ע"ד שנת המאתים להסתלקות הילולא של הבעש"ט ז"ל, ושהיו הדבורים באור וחום חסידותי, כיאות לבי"ס אשר על שם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר. והרי כיון שדורשים את זה בודאי שניתנה אפשרית מלאה לעשות זה.

I was pleased to receive your letter with the good news about the beginning of the building, and may it be G‑d's will that this be a good beginning—to bring good news in all matters of the school, which Divine Providence has granted you to direct, and in a manner of ever-increasing light.
I hope, even though you did not mention it, that you spoke with the children about the two-hundredth year since the passing (yahrzeit) of the Baal Shem Tov z"l, and that these words were delivered with Chassidic clarity and warmth, as is fitting for a school named after my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe. And since this is required, surely full opportunity has been given to do so.
With blessings for good news in both general and personal matters together.
