May the opening of Gan Yisrael take place at a good and auspicious time in the two-hundredth year since the passing (yahrzeit) of Rabbi Yisrael Baal Shem Tov. May all those who will be there, as well as the administration and those who work diligently for it, be successful both materially and spiritually together, in accordance with the directive of the one whose yahrzeit it is—this itself being an empowerment—as explained in Chabad Chassidus. And very soon may it be fulfilled for them: "the small one shall become a thousand," etc., with the coming of King Moshiach and our true and complete redemption.
Summary
