לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מאור ליום כ' שבט. ופלא שאינו מזכיר דבר בהנוגע ליום ההילולא שבודאי השתתף בההתועדות וקבל החלטות טובות שרישומן יהי' ניכר על כל השנה כולה.

הנה בכל אופן מובן שביום מלאות י"ג שנים צריך להיות איזה ענין של שמחה, ובפרט עפ"י המבואר בזהר חדש פ' בראשית גודל השמחה ביום זה.
ובהנוגע להתועדות שכמה וכמה יוכלו להשתתף בזה, עליו להתיעץ במקום בזה, שהרי תלוי זה בתנאי האישים והמקום.
בעת רצון יזכירו את כל אלה שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להמצטרך להם מתאים לתוכן כתבו.

After the longest break, your letter dated Erev 20th of Shevat was received. It is surprising that you do not mention anything regarding the day of the hilulah; surely you participated in the farbrengen and made good resolutions whose impact will be felt throughout the entire year.
Regarding what you wrote about arranging a Bar Mitzvah celebration that falls on the 15th of Nisan: In any case, it is understood that on the day one completes thirteen years there should be some aspect of joy, especially as explained in Zohar Chadash, Parshas Bereishis, about the greatness of joy on this day. As for a farbrengen where many can participate, you should consult locally about this, since it depends on the people and place involved.
At an auspicious time, all those you wrote about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), for what they need according to your letter's content. [May it be G‑d's will] that just as you brought your request, so too you will bring good news regarding this.
