בעת רצון יזכירוהו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מתאים לתוכן כתבו, ויהי רצון שכשם שכתב הבקשה כן יבשר טוב בזה, ובזה גם מהוספה בלימוד תורת החסידות בתוככי כללות תורתנו תורת חיים, שזה יוסיף בהתעוררות ר"ר של בעל הציון הק', שמסר נפשו על הפצת המעינות חוצה.
ב) לשאלתו במ"ש אשר ועד הוא אחד בחילופי אתוון (זח"ב קלד, א), מבואר בכ"מ, ובארוכה בקובץ ליובאוויטש חוברת י"א, וקוטב הענין אשר אל"ף וא"ו, מתחלפים באותיות אהו"י, וחי"ת עי"ן - באותיות אחה"ע מהגרון, וד' רבתי בד' רגיל, הרמז בחילופים אלו מבואר בארוכה, באמרי בינה שער הק"ש לאדמו"ר האמצעי, ובספרי חסידות שלאחרי זה.
ג) במ"ש בתרגום יונתן, שמות יד, כ"א שעל המטה חקוקים כו' וששה אמהות ומעיר, שהרי רגיל בכ"מ ד' אמהות (שרה רבקה רחל ולאה) ואין קורין אבות ואמהות אלא כו'.
י"ל בפשיטות, אשר בהמטה הוזכרו לאו דוקא האבות כ"א כל שבט ושבט, שלכן הוסיפו גם האם של כאו"א.

In response to your letter from the 27th of Tevet. At an auspicious time you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), in accordance with the content of your letter. May it be G‑d's will that just as you wrote your request, so too you will report good news about this matter—and also regarding an increase in the study of Chassidus within the broader context of our Torah, a Torah of life. This will add to the arousal of abundant mercy from the owner of the holy resting place, who gave his life for spreading the wellsprings outward.
2) Regarding your question about what is written that "va'ad" (council) is one through letter substitutions (Zohar II 134a), it is explained in many places and at length in Kuntres Lubavitch issue 11. The essence is that Alef and Vav are interchangeable among the letters Alef-Hei-Vav-Yud; Chet and Ayin are interchangeable among the guttural letters Alef-Chet-Hei-Ayin; and a large Dalet with a regular Dalet. The hint behind these substitutions is explained at length in Imrei Binah Shaar Kriat Shema by the Mitteler Rebbe and in later Chassidic works.
3) Regarding what you wrote about Targum Yonatan on Shemot 14:21—that on Moshe's staff were engraved certain things including six mothers—and you ask since it is common everywhere to refer to four mothers (Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah), and only they are called fathers and mothers etc., it can simply be explained that on Moshe's staff were not necessarily only the patriarchs but each tribe was mentioned; therefore they also included each one's mother.
