וזכות התעסקותו בביסוס התלמוד תורה, אשר הרב רש"מ שי' סימפסאן מכהן שם בקדש, תעמוד לו ולזוגתו תחי' בהמצטרך להם שהרי תלמוד תורה של ילדי בני ישראל, המקרב לבם לאבינו שבשמים, אין די ערך ואין די באר, ומזה מובן זכות הדבר, ובודאי גם עתה מנצל השפעתו להתפתחות התלמוד תורה ובכלל בעניני בית הכנסת, שיהי' הכל על טהרת הקדש.
שמענו מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, אשר בגיל שלו טוב ללמוד משניות בעל פה, והרי בודאי כמה משניות שגורות בעל פה, אם מנוסח התפלה או מלימודו, וכן יאמר הקאפיטל תהלים מתאים לפי שנותיו (היינו שמגיל הבר מצוה מתחילים לומר הקאפיטל י"ד, ובכל שנה שאחר זה אומרים הקאפיטל שאחר זה, וכן הלאה וכו').

At an auspicious time you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbgm zya, and may it be G‑d's will that there will soon be good news in this matter.
The merit of your involvement in strengthening the Talmud Torah where Rabbi Rasham Simpson serves in holiness will stand for you and your wife for all that you need. For a Talmud Torah for Jewish children, which brings their hearts closer to our Father in Heaven, is of immeasurable value and cannot be sufficiently described; from this we understand its great merit. Certainly even now you are using your influence for the development of the Talmud Torah and generally for synagogue matters so that everything should be in purity and holiness.
We heard from my revered father-in-law the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbgm zya that at your age it is good to learn Mishnayos by heart; surely several Mishnayos are already familiar by heart—either from prayer texts or from study—and likewise you should recite the chapter of Tehillim corresponding to your years (meaning: from Bar Mitzvah age one begins saying chapter 14, and each year thereafter adds the next chapter, etc.).
