מסרו לי שאלתו בהנוגע לנוסח התפלה.
בכלל נוסח הפסוקים בתפלה הוא, כמובן ככתוב בתנ"ך, אלא לפעמים ישנם כמה נוסחאות או שטעות הדפוס הוא בתנ"ך, ומזה הוא השינוי בסידור, ובכתוב בירמי' יז, ז, מבטחו צ"ל הטי"ת בפתח, כנדפס ברוב התנ"ך [אף שבאיזה מהם מובא בקמ"ץ, ולכן יש סידורים בנוסחא בקמ"ץ].
בהזדמנות זו, כיון שהכל בהשגחה פרטית, שפנה אלי בזה, אעוררו על ההכרח לקבוע לימוד בפנימיות התורה, אשר בדורנו נתגלתה בתורת החסידות, שאם בכל הזמנים ובכל המקומות הי' הכרח בזה, עאכו"כ בתקופתנו ובמדינה זו ביחוד.
ובפרט מהנכון אשר ישמור על התקנה דאמירת השיעור תהלים חדשי - כמו שנחלק התהלים לימי החדש - בכל יום אחר תפלת הבקר.

Your question regarding the wording of the prayers was relayed to me. In general, the wording of verses in prayer is, of course, as written in Tanach. However, sometimes there are various versions or a printing error in Tanach itself, which leads to differences in the Siddur. Regarding what is written in Yirmiyahu 17:7—Mivtacho—the letter tet should be with a patach vowel, as printed in most editions of Tanach [even though in some it appears with a kamatz; therefore some Siddurim have it with a kamatz].
On this occasion—since everything is by Divine Providence—that you turned to me about this matter, I wish to point out the necessity to establish regular study in the inner dimension of Torah, which in our generation has been revealed through Chassidus. If at all times and places this was necessary, how much more so in our era and especially in this country.
It is particularly proper to maintain the practice of reciting the daily portion of Tehillim as it is divided for each day of the month—every day after morning prayers.
