I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 24th of Tishrei, written by Haraha"ch iy"a nu"n involved in tzt"z Avraham Mordechai Shmuel Lider, and surely the missing details in this letter will be filled in, whether by him or by another member of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad whose responsibility it is.

May it be G‑d's will that you continue to progress and increase in all your activities. This letter was written and this response sent during the auspicious days of the month of Tishrei — the seventh month — which is entirely (not only its festivals) called "seventh," as our Sages explain: "sated with all good." It is well known from our Rebbeim that this is a general month for the whole year, and its qualities are drawn into all days of the year.

So too should it be with all matters — both general and specific — of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad: to draw down from this month's blessing and goodness onto the upcoming days with joy and gladness of heart; to increase in good deeds; and also to influence others in this regard.

It is surprising that there was even a thought about charging entry fees (even minimal ones) for farbrengens — especially in Kfar Chabad.
