Convey to all Anash among all Israel blessings for the season of our rejoicing. At its start, begin the Four Species campaign in a manner of "ufaratzta" (spreading out) to all four types among the Jewish people—to unite them and inspire them toward Torah and mitzvos and their inner dimension, as instructed by the teacher of all Israel, the Baal Shem Tov. We have entered the two-hundredth year since his passing—"yafutzu mayanosecha chutzah v'yetei mar malka meshicha" ("May your wellsprings spread outward and then the master, King Moshiach, will come").
