מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מעש"ק והקודמו, ובודאי בנתיים קיבל הפ"ש ע"י הרה"ח אי"א נו"נ בעל מרץ ורב פעלים כו' מיכאל שי'.
ויה"ר שתמולא בקשתי להביא בשו"ט מכאן ולהביא ולכתוב בשו"ט משם ובמקומות שיהי' שם דרך נסיעתו, ומובן לכל לראש מישיבת תומכי תמימים.
וכיון שנמצאים אנו בסיום חודש אדר ונכנסים לחודש ניסן, אשר כל החודש הוא ראש חודש (של"ה מובא בדא"ח ונדבר הביאור אשתקד) שענין ר"ח, שאף שאינו באיסור מלאכה ויש בו מעשה, בכ"ז אינו בבחינת יום המעשה כמבואר במ"א בארוכה [מהם באוה"ת בי' דד"ה מחר חדש], יהי' כן בפועל אפילו בעניני מעשה דכל אנ"ש, ובענינים דתו"ת בפשיטות וממילא תהי' הבריחה ויציאה ממצרים וגבולים גם באופן דדקות.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh and the previous one. Certainly, in the meantime you received regards through Haraha"ch iy"a nu"n, a man of energy and many accomplishments etc., Mikhael.
May it be G‑d's will that my request be fulfilled to bring good news from here and to bring and write good news from there and from the places along your journey. This is understood by all—especially by the head of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim.
Since we are at the end of the month of Adar and entering the month of Nissan—which is considered entirely as Rosh Chodesh (as brought in Shnei Luchot HaBrit and explained in Chassidus; see last year's explanation)—the concept of Rosh Chodesh is that even though it does not prohibit work and involves action, nevertheless it is not considered an ordinary weekday as explained at length elsewhere [see Ohr HaTorah on "Machar Chodesh"]. May this be realized practically even in the actions of all Anash, and in matters of Torah study and mitzvah observance simply; then there will naturally be an exodus from Egypt and limitations—even those that are subtle.
