במענה למכתבו מיום השלישי שהוכפל בו כי טוב והפ"נ שלאחריו,
בעת רצון יזכירו את כל אלה שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע כאו"א להמצטרך לו, מתאים לתוכן כתבו,
ובטח ימצא אותיות מתאימות להסבירם, שככל מה שיוסיפו בעניני תורה ומצות יתוסף בברכות השי"ת בהמצטרך להם, וככל שיהי' המצב טוב בזה, הרי בעניני טוב וקדושה תמיד יש מקום להוסיף עוד, כיון שקשורים בהקב"ה שהוא אין סופי,
ובמ"ש אודות שהות הזמן של שיחתנו, תקותי חזקה אשר ינצל את המדובר במשך זמן זה במילואו ולתועלת הרבים מתאים למשרתו בקדש בק"ק, ואז הלא היתה זו שיחה לא של יחיד עם יחיד, כ"א בהנוגע לכו"כ מבני ישראל, ומובן שככל שהוא ישתדל יותר בזה, הנה ירבה מספר אלו שרושם השיחה תהי' ניכר בהם, וק"ל. וזכות הרבים מסייעתו גם בהאמור.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור ולפורים שמח בגו"ר.

במ"ש לאחרי החתימה בהנוגע לשמש בקהלה וכו' ידוע פתגם כ"ק אדמו"ר הצמח צדק, במענה לבקשת שמש בענינו, "קרא לשמש - ויזרח אור" שעל השמש להאיר את ביהכ"נ ובית המדרש ע"י שישתדל בהוספה בקביעות עתים לתורה בתפלה כדבעי וכו' ומסגנון מעשה הנ"ל מובן, שזהו ג"כ הצנור והכלי לקבלת ברכות השי"ת בהמצטרך להשמש ולב"ב שי', וק"ל.

In response to your letter from Tuesday, which was doubled with goodness, and the pan that followed it: At an auspicious time, all those you wrote about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehavdil ben chayim mezarchei zera yisrael (may his merit protect us), each one for what they need according to your letter's content. Surely you will find suitable words to explain to them that as they increase in matters of Torah and mitzvos, blessings from Hashem will increase in what they need. And as their situation improves in this regard, there is always room to add more in good and holy matters since these are connected to Hakadosh Baruch Hu who is infinite.
Regarding what you wrote about the duration of our conversation: My strong hope is that you will utilize this time fully for the benefit of the many according to your sacred role in the holy community. That conversation was not just between two individuals but concerned several Jews. It is understood that the more effort you invest in this, the greater the number of people who will be impacted by the conversation. The merit of the many also assists you in this.
Blessings for good news in all mentioned above and a joyous Purim with revealed good.
P.S. Regarding what you wrote after signing about serving as a shamash (attendant) in a community: It is known that my ancestor, the tzt"z, said in response to a shamash's request regarding his matter: "Call for the shamash—and light will shine." The shamash must illuminate the synagogue and study hall by striving to increase fixed times for Torah study and prayer as fitting. From this story's style it is understood that this too is a channel and vessel for receiving Hashem's blessings needed by the shamash and his family.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that increasing Torah and mitzvos brings greater blessings both personally and communally. By fully utilizing one's role for communal benefit—especially through adding light via Torah study and prayer—one becomes a channel for G‑d's blessings.
