שלום וברכה!
בנועם נודעתי מאסיפתם בסעודת הודאה, אשר שני ענינים עיקרים בזה, ואהבת לרעך כמוך, שהוא כלל גדול בתורה, והודאה לה' כי טוב כי לעולם חסדו, יודו לה' חסדו ונפלאותיו לבני אדם, ז.א. היסוד דחדוש העולם, שעי"ז אפשר שדוד המערכות והטבע עשיית נפלאות לבני אדם בעולם זה.
ויהי רצון אשר ע"פ פסק והוראת רבנו הזקן, שהודאה מורה והוכחה על אשר חוזר לבוריו לגמרי (סדר ברכות הנהנין פרק י"ג ה' ומיוסד בדברי רז"ל ראשונים*).
ימשיכו ע"י סעודת הודאה זו רפואה השלימה ועד שיחזור לאיתנו בכל המובנים,
ושכרם במדתו של הקב"ה שהיא מדה כנגד מדה אלא שכמה פעמים ככה, באופן הנהגתו של הקב"ה בזה, לא אשים עליך (מלכתחלה) כי אני ה' רופאך, ודלא כסגנון רפואת בשר ודם, כדרז"ל בזה.
בכבוד ובברכה שמכאן ולהבא אך בשורות משמחות בטוב הנראה והנגלה יבשרו ויתבשרו בתכ"י.

Kvod HaMishtatfim at the Thanksgiving Meal on Motzaei Shabbat Mevorchim Adar Sheni, may Hashem be upon them and grant them life.

It was with pleasure that I learned of your gathering at the thanksgiving meal, which contains two main elements: "VeAhavta L'Reiacha Kamocha" ("Love your fellow as yourself"), which is a great principle in the Torah; and giving thanks to Hashem for He is good, for His kindness endures forever—"Let them thank Hashem for His kindness and His wonders to mankind." This means the foundation of the renewal of the world, through which it is possible for the Master of systems and nature to perform wonders for people in this world.
May it be G‑d's will that according to the ruling and instruction of Rabbeinu HaZaken—that thanksgiving is an indication and proof that one has returned completely to their original state (Seder Birkot HaNehenin ch. 13:5 and based on the words of earlier sages)—through this thanksgiving meal you will draw down complete healing until full restoration in every sense. Your reward will be according to G‑d's measure—which is measure for measure but many times over—in accordance with how G‑d conducts Himself in this matter: "I will not place upon you [any illness] (from the outset), for I am Hashem your healer," unlike human medicine as our sages say about this.
With honor and blessing that from now on only joyful news—goodness that is visible and revealed—should be announced by you and to you immediately.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that expressing gratitude at a thanksgiving meal brings spiritual healing and draws down revealed blessings. Acts of Ahavas Yisrael combined with acknowledgment of G‑d's wonders open channels for complete recovery and ongoing good news.
