וכן איזה שורות מהצריך תקון בעיר, ולפלא מה שכותב שאי אפשר לדעת בדיוק ובפרטיות התיקון בהמשכת המקוה - שהרי בודאי מזמן לזמן מוכרח להחליף המים וכו' ורואים איך שנעשה הענין.
וכבר האריכו באחרונים, שבענין מקוה, אין חל הגדר שלא להוציא לעז על הראשונים.
כיון שאין מזכיר בהנוגע לבריאותו ובריאות זוגתו תחי', בטח הכל בסדר.

Also, you wrote a few lines about what needs fixing in the city, and it is surprising that you write it is impossible to know exactly and specifically what needs repair regarding the mikveh's water supply—for surely from time to time it is necessary to change the water, etc., and one can see how things are done.
