Shalom u'Vrachah!
a) Regarding your question about partnership in your business: Since Hashem has granted you success, why involve another person in the matter? If the business requires expansion, you should strive to expand it with your own resources. May it be G‑d's will that the expansion be at a good and successful time and that you use your profits for healthy and joyful matters and for matters of Torah and mitzvos.
b) In your question regarding disagreements between you and your wife: You should try to have friends explain to her that on the contrary—since there is something not perfect in the conduct of your son, this is an additional reason to ask Hashem to bless you with more sons and daughters. Especially since it is clearly seen that by adding a son or daughter there is also improvement in the previous children.
c) Regarding what you wrote about merchants competing with you: One of the pieces of advice is to divert your attention from them. As it says: KaMayim HaPanim LaPanim Ken Lev HaAdam LaAdam ("As water reflects a face to a face, so does the heart of man to man")—ultimately ignoring them affects their attitude toward you as well. It is surprising that you do not mention anything regarding your brother as discussed—that you should try to influence him in matters of Torah and mitzvos. There is nothing that stands before willpower, and persistent effort does not return empty-handed.
As we approach the new year coming upon us and all Israel for good and blessing, I hereby express my blessing to you and all yours: a blessing for being inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year materially and spiritually.
Summary
The Rebbe guides self-reliance in business growth, encourages positive influence within marriage especially regarding children, advises ignoring competitors rather than engaging them directly, and stresses persistent effort in inspiring others toward Torah and mitzvos.
