א) ובמ"ש אודות פרטי הבנין החדש דישיבת תו"ת אשר בכפר חב"ד צ כמדומה כבר כתבתי, שעל כזה צ צריך להתייעץ על אתר עם היודעים בדבר, ולשמור על הנקודה צ שתהי' אפשריות להגדיל ולהרחיב, אף שכמובן גם בתחלת הבני' אין צריך להיות צמצום. וע"ד הצחות, הרי ידוע אשר צמצום הוא שרש הדינים. ב) במ"ש להם דרישות ע"ד שינוים בהנהלת בתי ספר למלאכה צ תענו בשמי, אשר מרכז הנהלת בתי ספר למלאכה נמצא כאן בהמזכירות שלי, ומי שרוצה לדרוש מה באיזה תוקף שיהי' צ עליו לפנות להמזכירות כאן.
בברכת הצלחה בעבודתם בקדש, ולבשו"ט ומפורטות מהכנה ככל הדרוש לזמן לימודים שמתחיל בעוד ימים ספורים, הכנה בעוד מועד והכנה במילואה.
והרי מתקרבים אנו לחדש אלול, הוא חדש הרחמים, בו כאו"א אומר בכל יום ה' אורי וישעי וגו'. ויהי רצון שבעגלא דידן נזכה לקיום רמז כתוב זה, ובלשון הבחיי (הובא מכ"ק אדמו"ר הצ"צ בפירושו על התהלים שם) שעל הבטחה דבנין בית השלישי וחזרת השכינה הוא שאמר דוד המלך ה' אורי וישעי.

a) Regarding what you wrote about the details of the new building for Yeshivat Tomchei Temimim in Kfar Chabad: It seems I have already written that for such matters, you should consult on site with those knowledgeable in these things, and maintain the principle that there should be the possibility to expand and enlarge—even though, of course, at the beginning of construction there should not be any limitation. In a lighthearted way, it is known that limitation is the root of judgments.
b) Regarding what was written to you about demands for changes in the administration of the vocational schools: Answer in my name that the central administration of the vocational schools is here in my secretariat, and whoever wishes to make any request—regardless of its nature—must address it to my secretariat here.
With blessings for success in your holy work, and with good news and details regarding preparation as required for the upcoming school term which begins in just a few days—preparation ahead of time and complete preparation.
We are approaching the month of Elul, which is the month of mercy, during which everyone says every day: 'Hashem Ori VeYishi' ("G‑d is my light and my salvation"). May it be G‑d's will that speedily in our days we merit the fulfillment of this hinted verse; and in the words of Bachya (as brought by my revered father-in-law, the tzt"z, in his commentary on Tehillim there), regarding this promise concerning the building of the Third Temple and return of the Shechinah—that is what King David meant by 'Hashem Ori VeYishi.'
