ויהי רצון שתהי' ההתחלה בזה בשעה טובה ומוצלחה לביסוס והתפתחות המוסד הק' ולתוספת ברכה והצלחה בכל עניני המוסד בפרט ובכלל גם יחד, שזהו ג"כ הצנור והכלי לתוספת ברכה והצלחה לכל החברים גם בענינים הפרטים שלהם ולכל ב"ב שליט"א.
ואם ריש גרגותא אמרו רז"ל דמשמיא קא ממני לי' עאכו"כ מינוי המתעסק בחנוך על טהרת הקדש של בני ישראל עם קדוש.
שלכן תקותי חזקה שבהקדם האפשרי תתחיל כל ועדה במרץ הדרוש בעבודתה שלה, ובודאי תתקיים הבטחת חז"ל, אדם מקדש עצמו (אפילו) מעט למטה מקדשין אותו הרבה מלמעלה, ועאכו"כ כשמקדשין הרבה מלמטה שאז הקדושה וההצלחה מלמעלה מאד מאד, וכמבואר בלקו"ת במדבר לח, ג גודל המעלה דמאד מאד.

May it be G‑d's will that the beginning of this endeavor be at an auspicious and successful time for the establishment and growth of this holy institution, and for increased blessing and success in all matters of the institution both specifically and generally together. This is also the channel and vessel for additional blessing and success to all members, even in their personal matters, and to all their families, may they live long.
If regarding a head tax collector our Sages say that from Heaven he is appointed, how much more so regarding the appointment of one who is involved in education on the purity of holiness for the children of Israel, a holy nation. Therefore my strong hope is that as soon as possible each committee will begin its work with the necessary enthusiasm. Surely the assurance of our Sages will be fulfilled: "A person sanctifies himself (even) a little below—they sanctify him greatly from above," and how much more so when one sanctifies oneself greatly below, then the holiness and success from above is very, very great—as explained in Likkutei Torah Bamidbar 38c about the greatness of "very, very."
With blessings for good news in all mentioned above, in a manner of ever-increasing light.
