Shalom u'Vrachah!
And may it be the will [of G‑d] that the success which has shone upon him until now should awaken within him even deeper inner strengths and even greater energy, to continue in his sacred position, to instill within all the members of his community the absolute Emes — the ultimate truth — of the matter.
May it be G‑d's will that the success which has shone upon you until now will awaken within you even deeper inner strengths and greater energy to continue your sacred service—to instill in all members of your community the absolute truth of the word of Hashem: that they are a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. This means that throughout every moment of daily life (not only during prayer, Torah study, or mitzvah observance), a person—"Atem Keruyim Adam" ("You are called man")—serves as a priest in holiness. One must know Him in all your ways, as explained at length by the Rambam in his Yad HaChazakah and in his Shemonah Perakim, and brought as halachah in Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim siman 231. Words that come from the heart enter the heart of the listener; the heart is king over the limbs and influences them to act according to its direction.
Regarding what you wrote—that these things only come through struggle and friction—this is indeed the order of our world. As Etz Chaim says (quoted in Tanya end ch. 6): "All deeds of this world are difficult and evil, and the wicked prevail there." Nevertheless, it is specifically in this world that Torah was given—for it is not in heaven—and thus those who received it prevailed with their argument: "Do you have an evil inclination? Did you descend to Egypt?" Yet we are assured that truth, goodness, and holiness will ultimately stand firm and triumph openly. Since Hashem desired a dwelling below, His will is surely fulfilled; it depends only on human action—each person being an agent of Hashem—as stated in Mishnah: "I was created to serve my Maker," to establish a dwelling for Him in our world—a beautiful dwelling with fine vessels etc., as explained in Tikunei Zohar Tikkun 6 (22b): "A beautiful dwelling—his heart; fine vessels—his limbs; a beautiful wife—his soul." Through this all matters are drawn into one's portion of the world. See also Tanya ch. 37 on how this prepares for and is part of the general redemption for all creation.
From all this it is clear regarding what you wrote at the end of your letter—that your personal life does not satisfy you—that this does not fit with what was said above. Since man's purpose is to serve his Creator and fulfill His will, one who is granted influence over others has this as his main task—for "Ve'Ahavta L'Rei'acha Kamocha" ("Love your fellow as yourself") is a great principle in Torah. Since one mitzvah brings another—and especially regarding communal involvement—the Alter Rebbe says (Torah Or at its beginning) that through tzedakah (and your work is tzedakah enlivening both body and soul), one's mind and heart become refined a thousand times more. That means even if—as you write—you have less time than before or lament about this in your letter, success increases a thousandfold! As explained by tzt"z's glosses: it is literally a thousand times—not an exaggeration—which means that what once took a thousand hours can now be accomplished in one hour.
Regarding Torah study: I have already stated that especially in our times it is most necessary to learn practical halachos needed for daily life—for unfortunately there is an alarming lack of knowledge about them across all circles—even among those highly learned. It is also necessary to study the weekly parsha and participate in learning Shas completed annually by a group—all these apply equally to everyone.
Blessings for good news regarding all mentioned above—with true broad-mindedness.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that enduring struggles leads to greater inner strength and success when dedicated to sacred service. True fulfillment comes from positively influencing others and consistent Torah learning—even challenges can multiply one's achievements beyond measure.
