ז"ע נתקבל מכתבם מאדר"ח תמוז והמצורף אליו, הפ"כ מהאסיפות שהתקיימו במשך הזמן.
ויהי רצון אשר, ע"פ דבר המשנה לא המדרש עיקר אלא המעשה, יביאו כל השקו"ט והדו"ד שביניהם לשינוי בפועל בכל הענינים אודותם דנו, ויהי' השינוי ניכר לא רק בעת רצון דעת התועדות וכיו"ב, אלא עד לחיי היום יומים וגם בעניני הרשות.
והרי בזה הוא עיקר עבודת האדם - מיוסד על הכתוב בכל דרכיך דעהו, וק"ל.
וכיון שהבטיחונו רז"ל דברים היוצאים מן הלב נכנסים אל הלב, בודאי אשר במדה גדולה בהם תלוי הדבר. ויהי רצון שזכות מיסד הכפר ומנהלו, הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, תעמוד להם להצליח בעבודה האמורה, ולכל תושבי הכפר להיות כלים לקבלת האורות מרובים הנשפעים בכפר ע"י מיסדו הוא רבנו נשיאנו.

To the advisory and organizing committee of Kfar Chabad
Shalom u'Vrachah!
May it be G‑d's will that, according to the teaching of the Mishnah—'Not study is the main thing but action'—all your discussions and debates among yourselves should lead to actual change in all matters you have discussed. This change should be evident not only at auspicious times such as gatherings and similar occasions, but should extend into daily life and even into mundane matters.
This is in fact the essence of a person's service—based on the verse 'Bechol Derachecha Da'eihu' (In all your ways know Him), and this is easy to understand.
And since our Sages say that 'words that come from the heart enter the heart,' certainly much depends on this quality among you.
May it be G‑d's will that the merit of the founder and director of the village—he is my revered father-in-law, the previous Rebbe, leader of Israel—stand by you for success in this work, and for all residents of the village to be vessels to receive the abundant light that flows into Kfar through its founder, our Rebbe and leader.
With blessings for good news in all mentioned above. May it be G‑d's will that this happen very soon.
