Shalom u'Vrachah!
... Regarding what you wrote that now it is difficult for you to pray with concentration, even though you were accustomed to this in your previous country. Certainly this is the enticement of the yetzer (inclination), so you should not pay attention to it at all. Instead, exert yourself in prayer, and before and after prayer say at least one chapter from the book of Tehillim of the Sweet Singer of Israel. As is known, these are a segulah (spiritual remedy) for such matters.
It is proper that your tefillin as well as the mezuzot in your home be checked to ensure they are all kosher according to halachah. And every weekday before morning prayers, set aside some coins for tzedakah.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that spiritual obstacles in prayer should be met with persistence, reciting Tehillim as a remedy, maintaining kosher tefillin and mezuzot, and daily acts of tzedakah to strengthen one's spiritual focus.
