במענה למכתבו מכ"ב אייר, בו כותב עוד הפעם שעדיין לא נתברכו בפרי הבטן.
וכיון שכמה טפולים חדשים חדשו בשנים האחרונות, מהנכון שיפנו עוד הפעם לרופא מומחה במקצוע זה, ולשאלו ביחוד להטפולים החדשים.
במ"ש אודות ניתוח על הריאות - אין נראה לי כלל וכלל כמובן.
במ"ש אודות החלומות - צריך לבדוק המזוזות בדירתו שבטח יש שם הדורש תקון, וכן אשר זוגתו תחי' תשמור על מנהג הטוב של בנות ישראל הכשרות להפריש לצדקה קודם הדלקת הנרות בכל ערב שבת וערב יום טוב, ותעשה כן גם בימות החול ביום שני וחמישי בבקר - מובן דכ"ז צריך להיות בלי נדר.
בעת רצון יזכירו את כל אלה שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע כאו"א להמצטרך לו מתאים לתוכן כתבו.
וכיון שנמצאים אנו בהימים שבין פסח זמן חירותנו ושבועות זמן מתן תורתנו חרות על הלוחות, א"ת חרות אלא חירות חירות מכל ענינים המצירים וגורמים דאגה, הנה גם הוא יזכה לבשר טובות בכל האמור.

In response to your letter from the 22nd of Iyar, in which you write once again that you have not yet been blessed with children. Since several new treatments have been developed in recent years, it is appropriate to consult again with a specialist in this field and specifically ask about these new treatments.
Regarding what you wrote about surgery on the lungs—it does not seem appropriate to me at all, as is obvious.
Regarding what you wrote about dreams—you should check the mezuzot in your home; surely there is one that requires correction. Also, your wife should maintain the good custom of Jewish women to give charity before lighting candles every Friday afternoon and before Yom Tov. She should also do so on weekdays—Monday and Thursday mornings. Of course, all this should be done without making a vow.
At an auspicious time, all those you mention will be remembered at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe—may his merit protect us—each one for what they need according to your letter's content.
Since we are now in the days between Pesach—the season of our freedom—and Shavuos—the time of the giving of our Torah "engraved on the tablets," which also means "freedom"—freedom from all matters that cause distress or worry—you too will merit to share good news regarding all of the above.
