לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבם מט"ז אייר עם שני הפ"כ המצורפים אליו.
ויהי רצון שעכ"פ מכאן ולהבא יבשרו טוב תמידים כסדרם באופן מסודר, וחפץ ה' בידם יצליח לפתח המוסד מתאים לרצון וכוונת רבותינו נשיאנו, שהרי דברי צדיקים קיימים לעד, ודבריהם הרי הם גם נתינת כח כמובן וגם פשוט.
ולקראת חג השבועות הבע"ל, הנני בזה לחתום כברכת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, לקבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.
בברכה לבשו"ט ולהצלחה.
בטח אף שאין כותבים עד"ז - לומדים כל התלמידים שי' - אם בכתות או בפ"ע - פרשת השבוע והלכות הצריכות. - והלואי היו כל אנ"ש, בתוככי כלל ישראל, עושים זה.

After the longest pause, your letter from the 16th of Iyar was received with the two attached reports. May it be Hashem's will that at least from now on you will always report good news regularly and in an organized manner, and that Hashem's desire in your hands will succeed to develop the institution according to the will and intention of our Rebbeim Nesi'im. For the words of tzaddikim endure forever, and their words are also a source of empowerment—as is both understood and obvious.
As we approach Shavuos, I hereby sign off with the blessing of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—may his merit protect us—for receiving the Torah with joy and inwardness.

Certainly, even if it is not written explicitly—every student surely studies—whether in class or individually—the weekly Torah portion and necessary halachos. If only all Anash, among all of Israel, would do this as well.
