In response to your letter, which is praiseworthy at its foundation and contains several questions regarding the upcoming Yud-Beis Tammuz farbrengen and its format: I have already written several times that matters such as these depend on the manner of preparation. That is, a detailed plan must be made well in advance in such a way as to avoid the issue of 'a pot belonging to partners,' with specific individuals responsible for certain aspects of the farbrengen. Although it is understood that those responsible should not be intimidated, ultimately, the responsibility is not so difficult that it requires fear or alarm—rather, it requires timely and orderly preparation.

Furthermore, we see that if someone is pressured to accept a role and preparation and even after persuasion does not agree but only feels embarrassed to refuse the requestor—then 'such a form' is what the work and his effort will look like.

Since there is still enough time for proper organization in this matter—and even time for consultation several times before beginning to implement the plan—all those involved should gather and discuss it. Afterwards, they should hold an expanded meeting and, according to the discussion and its results, decide regarding your questions.

Regarding expenses involved: I will encourage Anash to participate in about a third of the costs (of course, if this will not be just a local farbrengen but one on a broader scale).

Certainly you have received from Tzeirei Agudas Chabad in Tel Aviv a copy of my letter regarding making an overall summary of activities from previous years, etc.
