We acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 26th of Tishrei, in which you write very briefly, and even that only regarding the farbrengen on Simchas Torah and Shemini Atzeres. Surely there were several activities over the past weeks in matters of Judaism and spreading the wellsprings in general, and specifically regarding Chabad institutions in Australia. It is surprising that there is still no information about this from you or from other Anash; perhaps it will still be received, even though several weeks have passed since then.

May it be G‑d's will that soon there will be good news about expanding and increasing these activities both in quantity and quality. The reward for all those involved and striving in this is explained in many places. It is understood that at the forefront and foundation of these activities is increasing the number of students—both male and female—and activists involved in Chabad matters who participate in classes, etc.

It is clearly seen that every single Jew has a point—more accurately, several points—in matters of Torah and mitzvos that are significant to him even openly. When this is drawn into his personal sphere of awe of Heaven in this manner, one mitzvah brings another mitzvah, and over time he draws closer, becoming connected to more areas—and this is clear.

With blessings for good news visibly apparent in general matters as well as your personal affairs.
