במ"ש אודות להנהיג אמירת השיעור תהלים חדשי בכתות השונות של ביה"ס, הנה אף שידוע ושמענו כ"פ אודות גודל הדבר דאמירת שיעור תהלים זה, בכל זה יש להתחשב בכל כתה וכתה כמה זמן יקח אמירת כל השיעור, שהרי זמן זה יחסר מלימודי קדש שלהם שהוא בלא"ה מצומצם, ולכן אף שבהכתות הגבוהות שהקריאה שלהם בלה"ק שוטפת, יש להנהיג את הנ"ל, אבל בכתות שלמטה מזה יש להתבונן כאמור, ובכתות הכי קטנות ביותר יש להסתפק באמירת מזמור אחד מהשיעור חדשי היומי.
והשי"ת יצליחו להעמיד תלמידים לומדי תורה תמימה ביראת שמים.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 6th of Menachem Av. Surely you have already received the response regarding the questionnaire by telephone due to lack of time.
Regarding what you wrote about instituting the recitation of the daily Tehillim portion in various school classes: although it is well known and we have often heard about the greatness of reciting this daily Tehillim portion, nevertheless, one must consider for each class how much time it will take to say the entire portion. After all, this time will be taken from their Torah studies, which are already limited. Therefore, in higher grades where reading in Lashon HaKodesh is fluent, this practice should be instituted. But in lower grades, as mentioned above, one should consider carefully; and in the youngest classes it suffices to say just one psalm from the daily monthly portion.
May Hashem grant you success to raise students who study pure Torah with awe of Heaven.
