והרי יום י"ט כסלו יום גאולתנו ופדות נפשנו אשר אור וחיות נפשנו ניתן לנו, ובמילא ממשיך כל זה מלפניו ועאכו"כ לאחריו, ואין הדבר תלוי אלא בעשיית כלים על ידי האדם לקבל ענינים אלו במילואם ולנצלם במילואם, ויהי רצון שיצליחו בזה ויבשרו אודות זה.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 21st of Cheshvan, and I await further good news from you, especially regarding the activities of the month of Kislev and particularly on the bright day of Yud-Tes Kislev and the fifth candle of Chanukah.
For the day of Yud-Tes Kislev is the day of our redemption and the liberation of our soul, through which light and vitality were given to our souls. Therefore, all this continues from before it and certainly after it; however, it all depends on a person making vessels to receive these matters in their fullness and to utilize them completely. May it be His will that you succeed in this and share good news about it.
