נעם לי לקבל מכתבו מיום ד' ... תנוח רוחו כאשר הניח את רוחי בכתבו ע"ד התועדות דאנ"ש, ואשר ברצונם להרחיב פעולות בהפצת המעיינות שיגיעו אפילו חוצה, ובודאי כשירצו באמת, חפץ ד' בידם יצליח, וכידוע ממכתב כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הנדפס בספר קיצורים והערות לתניא, אשר "בגלל המסירת נפש הלזו על תורת החסידות פסקו בבי"ד של מעלה, אשר בכל ענין של תורה יראת שמים ומדות טובות, תהי' יד מקושריו והולכי בעקבותיו על העליונה".
בפרטיות נהניתי ממה שמתכונן לנאום לפני נשי חב"ד בהילולא דרשב"י הבע"ל, אחד המיוחד, וכמאמר רבי עקיבא אני ובוראך מכירים כחך (ירושלמי סנהדרין פ"א הלכה ב') בחמשה תלמידי רבי עקיבא שהם העמידו תורתו, ושכמאמר רבי עקיבא (שלי ושלכם) שלה - הוא (כתובות ס"ג א).
ויה"ר שיביא לפועל, וכמרז"ל המעשה הוא העיקר.
בכ' בברכה לבריאות ולהצלחה בעניניו.

I was pleased to receive your letter from Wednesday... May your spirit be at ease as you have put my spirit at ease by writing about the farbrengen of Anash and their desire to expand activities in spreading the wellsprings so that they reach even further. Surely, when there is true will, "the will of G‑d in their hands will succeed," as is known from a letter of my father-in-law the Rebbe printed in Sefer Kitzurim VeHe'aros LeTanya, that "because of this self-sacrifice for the teachings of Chasidus it was decreed in the Heavenly court that in every matter of Torah, fear of Heaven, and good character traits, his followers and those who walk in his path will prevail."
I was especially pleased that you are preparing to speak before Nshei Chabad at the upcoming Hilula of Rashbi—one who is unique. As Rabbi Akiva said: Ani u'Borecha makirin kochacha ("I and your Creator recognize your strength") (Yerushalmi Sanhedrin ch.1 halachah 2), regarding Rabbi Akiva's five students who established his Torah. And as Rabbi Akiva said: Sheli v'shelachem shelah hu ("What is mine and yours is hers") (Kesubos 63a).
May it be G‑d's will that you bring this into action, as our Sages say: "Action is what counts."
