במענה על מכתבו מיום ו' אשר כותב שעד עתה למד בישיבת תומכי תמימים דלוד, ונדמה לו אשר מאיזה סיבות אינו יכול להמשיך בלימוד בהישיבה, ואחת הסיבות והעיקרית כנראה הוא מפני שצריך לעזור להוריו שלו בפרנסתם. ובודאי כשיתייעץ עם הנהלת ישיבת תומכי תמימים יוכל לסדר ענינו באופן שימשיך בלימודו בישיבה חלק חשוב מהיום וביחד עם זה יהי' לו ג"כ ענין של פרנסה... וכיון שזכה להיות באהלה של תורה זה כמה שנים ולמד תורת הנגלה ותורת החסידות פנימיות התורה נשמתא דאורייתא יש להשתדל ככל האפשרי להמשיך בזה לכל הפחות עוד משך זמן, ובטוח השי"ת הזן ומפרנס לכל שעל ידי זה שימשיך בלימוד התורה לא יחסר ח"ו בפרנסת הוריו שיחיו, ואדרבה הרי אם בחקותי תלכו ופירשו בספרא ומועתק ברש"י במקומו שתהיו בתורה, דוקא בעמל ויגיעה, אזי ונתתי גשמיכם וגו'.
בשאלתו אם יעתיקו הוריו וקרוביו למקום בו הענינים הגשמיים נוחים יותר אבל אינם דתיים. כבר דינו אמור במשנה תורה להמורה הגדול הוא הרמב"ם (הלכות דיעות ריש פרק ו') צריך אדם להתחבר לצדיקים ולישב אצל החכמים תמיד כדי שילמוד ממעשיהם ויתרחק מן כו' (ואם) שאינו יכול כו' ישב לבדו יחידי כו' יצא כו' עיי"ש.

In response to your letter from Friday in which you write that until now you studied at Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim in Lod, and it seems to you that for various reasons you cannot continue learning in yeshiva—one of the main reasons apparently being that you need to help your parents with their livelihood.
Certainly, if you consult with the administration of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim, you will be able to arrange matters so that you can continue your studies in yeshiva for an important part of the day, and at the same time also have some means of livelihood... And since you have merited to be in the tent of Torah for several years and have learned both Nigleh (the revealed part of Torah) and Chassidus (the inner dimension of Torah), the soul of Torah, you should strive as much as possible to continue this for at least some more time. Surely Hashem, Who feeds and sustains all, will ensure that by continuing your Torah study there will be no lack—G‑d forbid—in your parents' livelihood; on the contrary: "Im Bechukosai Teileichu" (If you follow My statutes), which Sifra explains and Rashi quotes in his place as meaning "that you should labor in Torah," specifically with effort and toil—then "I will give your rains..."
Regarding your question about whether your parents and relatives should move to a place where material matters are easier but is not religious: The ruling is already stated in Mishneh Torah by the great teacher, the Rambam (Hilchos Deos, beginning of chapter 6): A person must attach himself to tzaddikim and always sit among sages so he may learn from their deeds and distance himself from... (and if) he cannot... he should sit alone... he should leave... see there.
