נודע ומפורסם בתוככי בני ישראל היכל התורה, היא ישיבת "תורת אמת", אשר בירושלים עיר הקדש תבנה ותכונן.
לפני ארבעים שנה נוסדה על ידי כ"ק אדמו"ר (מהרש"ב) זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע ומני אז עמדה תחת נשיאותו, ואח"כ תחת נשיאות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, אשר רבות השתדלו בעזר הישיבה ופיתוחה.
בזמן האחרון, בקשר עם העלי' לאה"ק ת"ו, הנה למרות מצבה הכספי החמור ביותר, הרחיבה ישיבה זו את גבולה ועסקה והתאמצה בקליטת תלמידים מן הנוער העולה, היכולים על ידי זה לגַשֵם בחיים את שאיפתם ותשוקתם להיות באהלה של תורה ספוגה יראת שמים, להדבק בהוי' אלקינו על ידי דברי אלקים חיים.
מובן, אשר כל זה גרם להגדלת ההוצאה ביותר, והישיבה נמצאת עתה במצב גשמי רציני וקשה.
ובזה הנני פונה אל כל חובבי תורה ומצוה די בכל אתר ואתר:
תמכו בעין יפה וביד נדיבה בישיבת "תורת אמת - ירושלים ת"ו".
תנו לה את האפשריות להמשיך בעבודתה הק' ולהגדילה - מתאים לדרישת השעה.
ובזכות מצוה רבה זו ישפיע השי"ת ברכה והצלחה עליכם, על ביתכם וזרעכם, בכל מילי דמיטב, מנפש ועד בשר.
ועיניכם ועינינו תחזינה בהרמת קרן התורה ביראת שמים וקרן ישראל סבא, דישראל אורייתא וקוב"ה כולא חד.

It is well known and publicized among the Jewish people about the Torah sanctuary, namely the Yeshivas "Toras Emes," which is in Jerusalem, the holy city—may it be rebuilt and established. Forty years ago it was founded by my revered grandfather, the Rebbe (the Rashab), of blessed memory, and since then it has been under his leadership, and afterwards under the leadership of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory. Both worked greatly to assist and develop the yeshiva.
Recently, in connection with aliyah to Eretz HaKodesh (the Holy Land), despite its extremely dire financial situation, this yeshiva has expanded its boundaries and worked diligently to absorb students from among the immigrant youth. Through this they can realize their aspiration and desire to dwell in a tent of Torah imbued with fear of Heaven—to cleave to Hashem Elokeinu through divrei Elokim chayim (the words of the living G‑d).
It is understood that all this has greatly increased expenses, and the yeshiva is now in a serious and difficult material situation.
Therefore I turn to all who cherish Torah and mitzvos everywhere: Support generously and with an open hand Yeshivas "Toras Emes – Jerusalem." Give it the means to continue its holy work and expand it—as required by current needs.
And in the merit of this great mitzvah may Hashem grant you blessing and success for you, your household, and your descendants in all good things—from soul to body. May your eyes and ours behold the uplifting of Torah’s honor with fear of Heaven and that of Israel Saba—for Israel, Torah, and Hakadosh Baruch Hu are all one.
