איך לייג דא ביי די שיחה פון ל"ג בעומר, לזכות בה גם כן את הרבים, וזכות הרבים תלוי בו.
ערהאלטען א בריוו פון ידידנו מר רבינסאן שי', אז עס איז איצט איינג אין געלט און מען זאל ווארטען מיט'ן קומען צו עם ביז ער וועט מודיע זיין. מסתם, ווייסט איר פון דעם בריוו.
בין איצט אין גרויס פארלעגנהייט: דער דרוקער וויל געלט. דער עולם וויל די ספרים. און כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שליט"א האט טענות אז מען דרוקט בכלל ווייניק און מען זאל ארבעטען אין דער אפטיילונג (ווי אויך אין אלע אנדערע) מער און אינטענסיווער - און מיט אמאל אזא בריוו! איך האב ניט געקאנט מחליט זיין, צי באווייזען רבינסאן'ז בריוו דעם רבי'ן שליט"א - ווייל קיין פארדרוס פעלט עם ניט אן דעם אויך.
איך האף, אז איר וועט נעמען די זאך אין אייערע הענט, און זען דורכפירן ווי אמשנעלסטן בא ידידנו מר רבינסאן און דערווייל גיי איך אן מיט דער ארבעט כמקודם - איך וויל ניט די קפידא פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שליט"א ניט אויף זיך ניט אויף עם.
עס איז נאר א שאד דערווייל וועט הרב קאזארנאווסקי ניט ארויספארן צו אייך די וואך. איך וויל אבער האפען אז איך וועל הערען פון אייך גוטע בשורות אין דעם, ער זאל קענען פארען נעקסטע וואך לכל הפחות.

I received your letter from the sixth of Iyar, along with the attached schedule discussion. According to what you noted in the list of books, the books were sent to you. Surely you have already received them long ago and will notify me about it.
I am enclosing here the talk from Lag BaOmer as well, so that you can also merit the public with it; and the merit of the public depends on him.
I received a letter from our friend Mr. Robinson that there is currently a shortage of funds and that we should wait before coming to him until he notifies us. Presumably, you know about this letter.
I am now in great distress: The printer wants money. The community wants the books. And my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita, has complaints that too few are being printed in general and that more and more intensive work should be done in this department (as well as in all others)—and then such a letter arrives!
I could not decide whether to show Robinson's letter to the Rebbe shlita—because he does not need any additional aggravation either.
I hope you will take this matter into your hands and see to it being carried out as quickly as possible with our friend Mr. Robinson; meanwhile I continue working as before—I do not want my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita's dissatisfaction either upon myself or upon him.
It is only unfortunate that meanwhile Rabbi Kazarnovsky will not be able to travel to you this week. However, I hope to hear good news from you about this so that he can travel at least next week.
