Lighting the Candles and the Flame Rising Upward

... בתודה למפרע על המענה ובאיווי אשר בהעלתך את הנרות עד שתהא שלהבת עולה מאלי' אשר בגלות הוא זמן ההדלקה ולע"ל יקוים שתהא שלהבת עולה מאלי' ויבב"ב אכי"ר.

With thanks in advance for your response and with the wish that as you kindle the lights, until the flame rises on its own—which in exile is the time of kindling, and in the future it will be fulfilled that the flame rises on its own—may it be speedily and in our days, amen, may it be His will.
