נהניתי לקרות במכתבו ע"ד הנעשה עמדו לטוב, ובטח גם בענין בריאות זוגתו תחי' לעת קבלת מכתבי כבר חזרה לאיתנה כדבעי למהוי.
ומ"ש ע"ד אפשרית ההסתדרות בהישיבה תומכי תמימים במחנם הט' הנה חקרתי בזה וכפי הידיעות שקבלתי הנה לע"ע אין רואים אפשרית להסתדרות כזו, אבל מה שכותב במכתבו שיש לו שברון לב מהמצב שהוא שרוי בו וכנראה כוונתו למצבו בענין פרנסה גשמית, הנה נפלאתי עליו במאד מאד כי אחרי שראה הוא וזוגתו שיחיו וכל אלו הנמצאים בסביבתו נפלאות השי"ת במשך השנים שעברו וכן כאו"א מאתנו משארית הפליטה אשר הצילנו השי"ת בדרך נפלאה, כי לא מרובכם כו' הנה אחכ"ז אין מקום להיות בשברון לב ובפרט שנמצא עתה לפ"ע זמן קצר במדינה חדשה, ונכון יהי' לבו בטוח בהזן ומפרנס לכל אשר ימציא לו פרנסתו בעתו ובזמנו, ואז יתמה על עצמו מה שהי' נדמה לו שיש ממה להיות בשברון לב אף שלא הי' אלא ענין עובר וכו', ויה"ר מהשי"ת אשר יאחז בדרך הבעש"ט עפה"פ עבדו את ה' בשמחה, והיינו שאפילו בענין עבודת ה' דבכל דרכיך דעהו (רמב"ם הלכות דעות פ"ג, וטושו"ע סימן רל"א) הרי גם עבודה זו צריכה להיות בשמחה, ובמשך הזמן מובטחני ששמחה זו תהי' אצלו לא בדרך קבלת עול אלא שגם בשכלו יונח ויוקלט הענין שיש ממה להיות שמח לא רק מצד נפש האלקית כ"א אפילו מצד הגוף ונה"ב.

I was pleased to read in your letter about what has transpired for your good, and I am sure that regarding your wife's health, by the time you receive my letter she has already returned to full strength as is fitting.
Regarding what you wrote about the possibility of arranging a position at the Tomchei Temimim Yeshivah in their ninth camp, I have looked into this matter and according to the information I have received, at present there does not seem to be a possibility for such an arrangement. However, regarding what you wrote in your letter about feeling broken-hearted due to your current situation—which apparently refers to your material livelihood—I am very surprised by this. After all, you and your wife, may you both live, as well as all those around you, have witnessed wonders from Hashem over the past years. Likewise, each of us from the surviving remnant whom Hashem saved in a wondrous way—since "not because of your numbers..."—there is therefore no place for broken-heartedness. Especially since you have only been in this new country for a short time so far; it is proper that your heart be confident in He Who sustains and provides for all, that He will provide your livelihood at its proper time. Then you will wonder at yourself for ever thinking there was reason to be broken-hearted—even though it was only a passing matter—and may it be G‑d's will that you follow the path of the Baal Shem Tov: "Serve Hashem with joy." This means that even in matters of serving Hashem through "In all your ways know Him" (Rambam Hilchos Deos ch. 3; Shulchan Aruch siman 231), this too must be done with joy. Over time I am certain that this joy will not come merely as an acceptance of obligation but will also become internalized and absorbed intellectually—that there truly is reason to rejoice not only because of the G‑dly soul but even from the perspective of the body and animal soul.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that even when facing difficulties or uncertainty—especially after witnessing past Divine kindness—one should trust in G‑d's providence and serve Him with genuine joy. Over time, this joy becomes deeply felt both spiritually and physically.
