בקשר עם ימי חג הפסח הממשמשים ובאים, הנני בזה להביע איחולי לבבי שיחוגו את חג הפסח בכשרות ובשמחת זמן חירותנו האמיתי, חירות בגשמיות וחירות ברוחניות, אשר אי אפשר לאחת בלי השני', אשר לכן בדורנו זה דעקבתא דמשיחא, אשר כפתגם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, הנהו כבר עומד אחר כתלנו, הנה נחוצה ביותר שימת לב והשתדלות גדולה בחינוכו של הדור הצעיר, מתאים להתורה תורת אמת תורת חיים, אשר היא היא הנותנת חירות לאדם, וכמרז"ל (אבות פ"ו) אין לך בן חורין אלא מי שעוסק בתלמוד תורה. ומודגש גודל ערך חינוך ביחוד בחג הפסח, אשר בראשיתו בטקס סדר של פסח, התחלתו הוא בשאלת תינוקות ועושים כמה מעשים שלא ישנו (הן בגשמיות ועאכו"כ ברוחניות) וכן גם בסיומא דפסח שהוא ענין קרי"ס ארז"ל (שמו"ר) שהעוללים ויונקים שנולדו במצרים הם הכירוהו (להקב"ה) תחלה.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In connection with the approaching days of Pesach, I hereby express my heartfelt wishes that you celebrate Pesach in a kosher manner and with the true joy of Zman Cheiruseinu (the time of our freedom)—freedom both in physical and spiritual matters, as one cannot exist without the other. Therefore, in our generation—the footsteps of Mashiach—as my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal would say: Mashiach already stands behind our wall. It is especially necessary to pay great attention and make strong efforts in educating the younger generation according to Torah—the Torah of truth and life—which alone grants true freedom to a person. As our Sages say (Avos ch. 6), 'There is no free person except one who occupies himself with Torah study.'
The great value of education is especially emphasized on Pesach: at its beginning during the Seder ceremony, which starts with questions from the children and various actions are done so they will not fall asleep (both physically—and certainly spiritually). Likewise at the conclusion of Pesach with Kriyas Yam Suf (the splitting of the sea), our Sages teach (Shemos Rabbah) that even infants and sucklings born in Egypt recognized Him (the Holy One) first.
In closing—echoing the opening—a blessing for a kosher and joyous Pesach holiday.
