במענה על מכתבו מיום ה' אדר, נצטערתי כי קראו את ביהמ"ד לרבנים כו' בשם "בית יוסף יצחק", ולפלא שלא הודיעוני מקודם עד"ז.
ובנוגע להבא, הנה יש להשאיר את המוסד בלי שם, כמקודם, כמו שהי' בחיי כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר בעלמא דין ובידיעתו, או לקראו בשם "אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש". והא' טוב יותר.
בטח נתקבל המברק שלי לפורים ופירסמו בין הקיבוצים, והנני מצפה לשמוע טובות מההתועדות דפורים וכו'.

In response to your letter from the 5th of Adar, I was saddened to hear that they called the Beit Midrash for Rabbis by the name "Beit Yosef Yitzchak," and I am surprised that I was not informed about this beforehand.
Regarding the future, the institution should remain without a name, as before, just as it was during the lifetime of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, in this world and with his knowledge; or it may be called "Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch." The first option is better.
Certainly my telegram for Purim was received and publicized among the gatherings, and I look forward to hearing good news from the Purim farbrengen and so on.
