ובמענה על בקשתכם להשתתף במכתב ברכה באסיפתכם שתתקיים ביום א' פ' ואתה תצוה . . זך כתית למאור, הבע"ל,
יהי רצון מהשי"ת, אשר חדורים תהיו מההכרה העמוקה בהזכות והחובה שהעמיסה עליכם ההשגחה העליונה, בזַכותה אתכם לעמוד בקרן אורה זו תורה, הזכות והחובה לעבוד לטובת החינוך הכשר של בני ובנות ישראל בכל אתר ואתר, ובפרט להיות לעזר לאחיכם באה"ק ת"ו לתקן הנהרסות ולהציל בני ובנות ישראל, וביחוד העולים החדשים, מחינוך של כפירה ר"ל, ולהכניסם תחת כנפי השכינה במוסדות כשרים של תורה ביראת שמים.
בתכנית עבודתכם בטח נכנס גם התפקיד לעסוק בתעמולה, הן בין הנוער והן בין ההורים, אשר כל אחד ואחת מבני ובנות ישראל, בלי יוצא מן הכלל, יתחנכו על ברכי התורה על טהרת הקדש. וכבר אמר כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע: חזקה לתעמולה שאינה חוזרת ריקם.
ויהי נועם ה' עליכם ומעשי ידיכם, להרבות חיל בעבודתכם להחזקת והפצת רוח התורה והחינוך הכשר בפעולות ממשיות ובמסירות הנכונה. ובגלל זה ישלח לכם השי"ת ברכה והצלחה בעניניכם הפרטיים, בלימוד התורה ביראת שמים ובללַמדה, לשמור ולעשות, ולהאיר את סביבתכם באור תורה ומאור שבתורה.

I was pleased to hear the report from your representatives during their visit with me—a report about the specific activities of the activists in Eretz HaKodesh, may it be rebuilt and established, as well as about your work here.
In response to your request that I participate with a letter of blessing for your gathering that will take place on Sunday, Parshas Ve'atah Tetzaveh... "Zach Kasis LaMaor" (pure olive oil for lighting), with G‑d's help: May it be the will of the Blessed Holy One that you be deeply imbued with the profound awareness of both the privilege and responsibility placed upon you by Divine Providence, which has granted you the merit to stand at this shining corner—Torah. It is both your privilege and duty to work for the benefit of proper education for Jewish boys and girls everywhere, especially to assist your brethren in Eretz HaKodesh in repairing what has been damaged and saving Jewish boys and girls—especially new immigrants—from an education of heresy (G‑d forbid), bringing them under the wings of the Shechinah in proper Torah institutions imbued with awe of Heaven.
Your work plan surely also includes the task of engaging in outreach—both among youth and among parents—so that every single Jewish boy and girl, without exception, will be educated according to Torah on a foundation of holiness.
As my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), said: There is a strong principle regarding outreach—that it never returns empty-handed.
May the pleasantness of Hashem be upon you and upon your handiwork; may you increase strength in your work to strengthen and spread the spirit of Torah and kosher education through concrete actions and true dedication. Because of this, may Hashem send you blessing and success in your personal matters—in Torah study with awe of Heaven, teaching it, observing it, fulfilling it—and illuminating your surroundings with the light of Torah and its radiance.
