לרגלי עלותו לארצנו הקדושה, תבנה ותכונן על ידי משיח צדקנו בעגלא דידן אכי"ר, יהא בואו ברוך לה'.
מה' מצעדי גבר כוננו, ומכיון שזיכהו הקב"ה לעלות לארצנו הקדושה ת"ו, הנה בטח העמיסה עליו ההשגחה העליונה תפקיד מיוחד על אדמת הקדש, להיות רוח חי' בקרב אחב"י הספרדים, ולהשפיע עליהם בחיזוק התורה והמצוה בכלל, ובפרט אשר ישמרו על בניהם וטפם לבל יהיו לבז ולא יפלו ברשת חינוך של הפקר ר"ל, אלא ישמרו עליהם בעינא פקיחא, אשר כלם, בניהם ובנותיהם בלי יוצא מן הכלל, יתחנכו על ברכי התורה והמצוה ביראת שמים ומסורת אבותינו הק' במוסדות חינוך המתנהלים על טהרת הקדש.
ובזכות עבודתו למילוי תפקידו זה במסירת נפש, יאריך השי"ת ימיו ושנותיו בטוב ובנעימים ועוד ינובון בשיבה דשנים ורעננים יצליח בעבודתו כבירה להגדיל תורה ולהאדירה ובעניניו הפרטים מנפש ועד בשר די והותר.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
On the occasion of your ascent to our holy land—may it be rebuilt and established by our righteous Moshiach speedily in our days, amen—may your arrival be blessed by Hashem. "From Hashem are a man's steps established," and since the Holy One, blessed be He, has granted you the merit to ascend to our holy land, surely Divine Providence has placed upon you a special mission on the holy soil: to be a living spirit among our Sephardic Jewish brethren and to influence them in strengthening Torah and mitzvah observance in general. In particular, that they should guard their sons and young children so they not become prey or fall into the trap of unrestrained education—G‑d forbid—but rather watch over them with a vigilant eye so that all their sons and daughters without exception will be educated according to Torah and mitzvah with fear of Heaven and the tradition of our holy ancestors in educational institutions conducted in purity and holiness.
And in the merit of your devoted work to fulfill this mission with self-sacrifice, may Hashem lengthen your days and years with goodness and pleasantness; may you continue to flourish in old age—vigorous and fresh—and succeed greatly in your mighty work to increase Torah and glorify it. And regarding your personal matters—from soul to body—may you have ample sufficiency.
