והנה לדעתי, אפשר הי' כדאי שיסדר נסיעתו באופן כזה שיהי' כאן ביום ההילולא הוא יו"ד שבט הבע"ל, ובמילא הרי יש האפשרות לנסוע ג"כ באני' ואין הכרח לטוס באוירון דוקא, ויתן השי"ת שתהי' נסיעתו בהצלחה בגשמיות וברוחניות.

I received your telegram in which you inform me that you have received permission to travel and ask for my consent, as well as regarding the matter of flying by airplane. In my opinion, it may be worthwhile to arrange your trip in such a way that you will be here on the day of the hilulah, which is Yud Shevat, and therefore there is also the possibility to travel by ship; it is not necessary to fly specifically by airplane. May Hashem grant that your journey be successful both materially and spiritually.
