א. במענה על הודעתם שמתכוננים לערוך בח"י אלול הבע"ל חגיגה בקשר עם פתיחת הבנינים, ומבקשים מכתב ממני, הנה כיון שאין הדבר "בכדי שיעשו" לכתוב מכתב אשלח בל"נ טלגרמה לחגיגתם, וחבל אשר לא הודיעו פרטים בזה, אם יהי' זה כינוס ארצי ואם ישתתפו בזה ג"כ באי כח מחוגים אחרים.
ב. בטח קבלו מכתבי להתחלת זמן הלימודים, וכן גם הקטע משיחת שבת מברכים ר"ח אלול. ומוסג"פ העתק קטע זה גם בלה"ק, וכדאי לפרסמם באופן המתאים בחוגים היותר רחבים.
ג. בנוגע לשאלתם בענין הנסיעות למקומות שונים של משולחים מטעם ישיבתם, וכותבים שמוגבלים בזה באיזה מדינות, הנה לא היתה כוונתי לשלול הנסיעה לאיזה מדינה שהיא, ורק, שלפי דעתי, שלתועלת הדבר הוא שיתדברו מוסדות אנ"ש השולחים משולחים - ביניהם, ואחת משתי אלו: או שיעשו מגבית משותפת, או שיסדרו זמני הנסיעה באופן כזה שלא יהי' סתירה ממוסד אחד לחברו.
ד. אעורר תשומת לבבם לחנך את הראויים בזה מתלמידי ישיבתם מבין עולי תימן באופן שיוכלו להיות בזמן קצר למחנכים ומדריכים בין אחיהם עולי תימן. ומובן אשר האריכות ע"ד גודל הנחיצות בזה וגודל התועלת שיש לקוות מהם, הוא אך למותר.

A. In response to your notice that you are preparing to hold a celebration on the upcoming 18th of Elul in connection with the opening of the buildings and are requesting a letter from me: Since it is not "for no reason" to write a letter, I will send, G‑d willing, a telegram for your celebration. It is unfortunate that you did not provide details—whether this will be a national gathering and if representatives from other circles will also participate.
B. Surely you received my letter regarding the start of the study term, as well as the excerpt from the Shabbat Mevarchim Rosh Chodesh Elul talk. Enclosed is also a copy of this excerpt in Lashon HaKodesh (the Holy Tongue), and it is worthwhile to publicize them appropriately among broader circles.
C. Regarding your question about sending emissaries from your yeshivah to various places and writing that there are limitations in certain regions: My intention was not to prohibit travel to any particular country; rather, in my opinion, it would be beneficial for Anash institutions sending emissaries to coordinate among themselves. They should either conduct a joint fundraising campaign or arrange travel times so that there will not be conflicts between one institution and another.
D. I wish to draw your attention to educating suitable students from among your Yemenite immigrant students so they can quickly become educators and guides among their fellow Yemenite immigrants. It is clear that elaborating on the great necessity and benefit expected from this is unnecessary.
