המצווה הרכ"ו
האזהרה שהזהרנו גם כן מלאסוף פירות האילן בשנת היובל כדרך שאנו אוספים בשאר השנים.
והוא אמרו: "ולא תבצרו את נזריה" (ויקרא כה, יא) , כדרך שביארנו בשנה שביעית.
ובספרא אמרו:"לא תקצרו ולא תבצרו - כשם שנאמרו בשביעית, כך נאמר ביובל".
כלומר: שהדין בכל הלאווין האלה שווה.
ודיני השמטה והיובל כולם אינם חובה אלא בארץ ישראל.
The 226th Mitzvah
1. The prohibition in which we were also warned not to gather the fruit of the trees in the Yovel year in the manner that we gather them in other years.
2. This is as it is stated: "And you shall not gather the grapes of its unpruned vines" (Vayikra 25:11), in the same way that we explained regarding the Shemitah year.
3. And in the Sifra they said: "You shall not reap, and you shall not gather—just as it is stated regarding Shemitah, so it is stated regarding Yovel."
4. That is to say: the law regarding all these prohibitions is the same.
5. And all the laws of Shemitah and Yovel are only obligatory in Eretz Yisroel.
