המצווה הקמ"ד
הציווי שנצטווינו להפריש ראשית הגז ולתנו לכהן.
והוא אמרו יתעלה: "[ו]ראשית גז צאנך תתן לו" (דברים יח , ד).
ומצווה זו אינה נוהגת אלא בארץ.

The 144th mitzvah The commandment in which we were commanded to separate the first of the shearing and give it to the Kohen. This is as He, may He be exalted, said: "The first of the fleece of your sheep you shall give him" (Devarim 18:4). This mitzvah applies only in the Land [of Israel].
