In response to your letter: 1) Completely set aside any thoughts of divorce. 2) In order to ease or change her living conditions, including matters related to their place of residence and the like—as is customary in such cases—both parties should explain their reasons before a rabbi who is involved in such matters and has the time to deal with it as required. He will mediate between them according to Torah.
Peace is great; it draws down the blessings of Hashem in everything. I will mention the names of her husband at the Tziyun.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that peace between spouses brings G‑d's blessings. Disputes about divorce or living conditions should be resolved through a qualified rabbi who mediates according to Torah.
