Shalom u'Vrachah!

Your letter was received. Certainly, those who have just arrived (and those coming tomorrow, etc.) are joining as well, and "with a multitude of people is the King's glory," as our Sages teach. Fortunate is their portion (and that of the women and girls—may they live long).

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that gathering in large numbers brings greater honor to G‑d and brings merit to all who participate, including women and girls.
