Surely you have received the sichah of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita, from Shabbat Kodesh Mevorchim Menachem Av 5733, regarding the publication of new Torah insights by members of the kollel, senior students from the yeshivas, and that even younger students should publish what they find challenging or what they ask in pilpul da'oraita (Torah debate).
Please confirm receipt of our letter and inform us of what has been done regarding the above, including retroactively.
