Speak about the activities throughout the entire world, and how to conquer the youth everywhere, etc. It begins with love and longing, and that the young men and women are waiting for this; this is an unparalleled opportunity, a mitzvah whose time has arrived, etc. I have emphasized all this many times, and recently it was stressed that all of the above starts from the very youngest children, as it is said: 'Out of the mouths of babes,' etc.
