תקותי שהיתה לך שמחת פורים הראוי' לשמה, והעיקר הוא להמשיך משמחה זו, ובפרט מהוראות ימי הפורים, בכל ימות השנה.
ובודאי ידוע לך מה שמספרים חכמינו זכרונם

, שנס פורים הי' בזכות התורה שלמדו כ"ב אלף תינוקות של בית רבן שמרדכי היהודי אסף אותם ולמד עמהם.
ובודאי ידוע לך גם כן שאותו המן הרשע לא הי' הראשון ואף לא האחרון, וכמו שאנו אומרים
בהגדה של פסח
, שבכל דור ודור קמים עלינו המן'ים, והקדוש ברוך הוא מצילנו מידם, אלא שהוא באופן של
"אותותינו
לא ראינו"
ואין
בעל הנס מכיר בנסו. אבל בודאי שהוא בזכות התורה והמצוות.
ולכן חובה על כל אחד ואחד מאתנו ללמוד תורה, לימוד על מנת לקיים המצוות, ולהשתדל בהפצת התורה והמצוות כל אחד כפי אפשרויותו, שהרי נוגע זה לקיום כל עם ישראל. והשם יתברך יצליח אותך ללכת

I pleasantly read your letter, and may Hashem fulfill your heart's desires for good. I hope you had a truly joyous Purim, and most importantly, that you continue this joy—especially the lessons from Purim—throughout the entire year.
Surely you know what our Sages of blessed memory recount: that the miracle of Purim came in the merit of Torah studied by twenty-two thousand children whom Mordechai HaYehudi gathered and taught. You also surely know that Haman HaRasha was not the first nor will he be the last; as we say in the Haggadah of Pesach, in every generation Hamans arise against us, and Hashem saves us from their hands. However, it is often in a way that "our signs we have not seen," and "the beneficiary of a miracle does not recognize his own miracle." But certainly it is in the merit of Torah and mitzvos.
Therefore, it is incumbent upon each one of us to study Torah—with the intention to fulfill mitzvos—and to strive to spread Torah and mitzvos as much as possible, since this affects the existence of all Israel.
May Hashem grant you success to go from strength to strength in all these matters.
