I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 3rd of Kislev and those preceding it. I have instructed that a letter be sent to all Anash residents of Nachalat Har Chabad, which you will surely deliver in an appropriate manner. My intention is that it be delivered in a way that brings about the hoped-for benefit—and even more than hoped for—in accordance with the blessing of our Rebbeim Nesi'im.
May it be G‑d's will that you share good news regarding this matter and all affairs of Nachalat Har Chabad, and may this also increase Hashem's blessing to each and every one of them in their personal matters—until your communal work for the benefit of Nachalat Har Chabad is conducted with abundance, joy, and gladness of heart.
