בפרט אַז מיר דערנעענטערן זיך צום ליכטיקן חודש כסלו און צום יום הגאולה פון אַלטן רבי'ן, מייסד תורת החב"ד, י"ט כסלו, וואָס הייאָר ווערט אין דעם טאָג 200 יאָר פון דער הסתלקות-הילולא פון הרב המגיד פון מיעזריטש, דער רבי פון אַלטן רבי'ן וועלכער איז געווען זיין ממלא מקום.
בייליגענד איז די קבלה פאַר אייער צדקה, און דער זכות פון דער צדקה זאָל אייך און אַלע אייערע שיחיו ביישטיין למילוי משאלות לבבו לטובה.

I was pleased to receive your letter from the 8th of Cheshvan, and I thank you for the good greetings in general and especially regarding your visit to Kfar Chabad.
A special thank you for the nachas-ruach (pleasure) your writing brought me about your and your wife's activities for the benefit of Chabad matters.
May the One Above grant you success to continue in this good work in a positive spirit and with joy, and may you always be able to share good news—especially as we approach the luminous month of Kislev and Yud Kislev, the day of redemption of the Alter Rebbe, founder of Chabad teachings. This year marks 200 years since the histalkus-hilulah (passing/yahrzeit) of the Maggid of Mezeritch, the Rebbe of the Alter Rebbe who succeeded him.
Enclosed is the receipt for your tzedakah (charity), and may the merit of this tzedakah stand by you and all yours for the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good.
