Shalom u'Vrachah!

Based on the ruling of our Sages regarding the great importance of peace between husband and wife (as we say at the beginning of each day—at the end of Birkat HaShachar), she should do everything within her power to strengthen peace. Ultimately, it will be fulfilled as it is written: 'As water reflects a face to a face, so does the heart of man to man,' and her husband will also change for the better.

Among the suggestions for this: not to enter into arguments at all, but rather to steer the conversation toward neutral and calm topics, etc.

I will mention all the names at the Tziyun.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that fostering peace in marriage is paramount. By avoiding arguments and focusing on calm, neutral discussions, one can inspire positive change in both partners and strengthen their bond.
