In response... The first condition for a happy life is the absence of constant friction, daily disagreements, and so on and so forth. Therefore, this applies especially to someone who is a Shomer Torah u'Mitzvos in daily life and does so on their own initiative (not as a sacrifice, favor, or concession, etc.).

This is in addition to the main point (which is obvious to every believer in Hashem and His Torah) that living according to the will of Hashem draws down His blessings.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that true happiness begins with avoiding ongoing conflicts and disagreements. Living harmoniously and following Hashem's will naturally brings about G‑d's blessings in one's life.
