המלאה הפתוחה הקדושה והרחבה.
ובפרט שזה עתה באנו מחודש תשרי, שתחילתו ראש-השנה,
וכמדובר
כמה פעמים בדיוק "ראש" השנה, שהוא בדוגמת הראש, אשר כל אברי הגוף מושפעים ומתנהלים על ידו, וכן הוא בנוגע לכל ימות השנה המושפעים מראש השנה.
ויהי רצון שכן יהי' בפועל ממש, הן מצד ברכת ה' לשנה טובה ומתוקה והן מצד האדם והצנורות והכלים לקבל ברכת ה' בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
בכבוד ובברכה למר ולזוג' ולילידיהם שיחיו ובפרט להצלחה מרובה במשרתו הכי נעלה.

With pleasure I received your letter from the 21st of Tishrei. Thank you for your blessings, and whoever blesses is blessed by Hashem, the source of all blessings, from His full, open, holy, and generous hand.
Especially since we have just come from the month of Tishrei, which begins with Rosh Hashanah. As has been discussed many times regarding the precision of Rosh Hashanah—it is like the head to the body, through which all limbs are influenced and guided; so too with all days of the year being influenced by Rosh Hashanah.
May it be G‑d's will that this be realized in actual fact—both through Hashem's blessing for a good and sweet year and through man's efforts and channels to receive Hashem's blessing in both material and spiritual matters together.
With honor and blessing to you, your wife, your children—especially for great success in your most elevated position.
